Daily Maintenance

1. Maintenance for Long-term Deactivation

If the chassis is to be placed out of service for a long time, store it in a cool, ventilated and dry environment. Keep it dust-proof and all chassis components clean. Apply lubricating oil to the mating parts of moving components for maintenance.

For long-term idle storage of the chassis, disconnect the connectors of the battery charging and discharging ports. Maintain the battery capacity at about 80%, and inspect the battery every one month to replenish power in a timely manner if needed.

Before reusing the chassis, ensure all components are well lubricated and the oil inside the reducer has no aging or deterioration.

2. Maintenance During Operation Cycle

Cleaning: Keep the exterior clean. Wipe the paint surface with a soft cloth and neutral detergent to avoid damage and scratches. Keep all sliding lubrication surfaces, mating surfaces and oil filling holes free of oil contamination.

Adjustment: Regularly check the connection and fastening status of all parts, and confirm whether fasteners are loose or fallen off, so as to ensure the operational safety, reliability and control accuracy of the equipment.

Safety: Regularly verify the flexibility and reliability of the control system, and check the normal operation of active and passive safety devices. Inspect the effectiveness of passive safety contact bumper, emergency stop switch, service brake, parking brake and steering control.
